In addition to the number 1 score Tio received in the JOB-Monitor, the National student survey (NSE), the Elsevier Enquiry Best study courses 2014, Tio has now been pronounced Best midsize school for higher education by the Study Choice guide for higher education 2015. Tio has achieved this by receiving excellent scores for all the bachelor courses. Needless to say that we are proud of this accomplishment.
The Hotel and Event Management bachelor courses hold 4 out of the 5 positions in the top 5. Utrecht (first place) Amsterdam and Hengelo (shared second place) and Eindhoven (fourth place). The International Tourism Management bachelor courses at all five of the Tio locations take all top 5 spots with Utrecht in first, Eindhoven in second, Amsterdam in third, Rotterdam in fourth and Hengelo in fifth place. Out of all of the nationally offered IBMS study courses in the Netherlands, Tio’s International Business Management course takes the overall first place.

Tio received a good to an excellent score on all of the components of the bachelor courses. Components like content of the study course, amount of contact hours. lecturers, professional development, communication, facilities and the expertise report given during the accreditation.

The title “best midsize school for higher education” is really a summation of all the excellent results achieved by all the bachelor courses. Tio has previously ranked first place in the National Student Survey (NSE), JOB-Monitor, Elsevier and during the accreditations of the Education inspection and NVAO.
