It started! The first Hotel and Event Management students travelled probably before sunrise to restaurant De Librije in Zwolle to attend a masterclass. De Librije is a three-star restaurant owned by Jonnie and Thérèse Boer.
They were welcomed with a tea tasting. Of course the students prepared and tasted several dishes (amuse bouche, starter, main course and dessert). A tour through the so called "Spinhuis" (the hotel accommodation owned by Jonnie and Thérèse Boer) and a visit to the shop made the day a success.
