At Tio, you will be trained and prepared for your professional future. Here you will most likely encounter dress codes. For example, at large companies, at networking meetings or during your internship.
To make sure you are well prepared for this, we work with dress codes within Tio. This will help you feel confident in your smart suit and look presentable on any occasion. Whether it's a company visit or an open day where you host future students. Of course, you can reflect your own style and personality in your attire, as long as it fits the dress code.

Explanation per dress code

Business attire: women
Here, Tio refers to a more formal business attire. This includes a suit: trousers or skirt to the knee and a matching jacket or blazer (in the same colour and possibly with the same subtle pattern, such as a pinstripe or a check/plaid). The suit is worn with a blouse. Another option is a business-like smart dress. Dress shoes as below are part of this dress code. You may put your hair up for a professional look.
Business attire: men (suit and tie)
Here, Tio refers to a more formal business attire. This includes a suit: trousers and matching jacket (in the same colour and possibly with the same subtle pattern, such as a pinstripe or a check). The suit is worn with a dress shirt and a tie. Wear dress shoes, as shown below.
Business attire: men (without a tie)
Here, Tio refers to a more formal business attire. This includes a suit: matching trousers and jacket (in the same colour and possibly with the same subtle pattern, such as a pinstripe or a check). The suit is worn with a dress shirt with no more than two buttons undone if you wish. Wear dress shoes as shown below.
Business casual: women
Professional attire, but not a suit. Smart blouse or jumper made of luxurious yarn and a pair of smart trousers or a skirt (knee-length or longer).

Dress shoes or plain trainers are part of this dress code.
Business casual: men
Business-like or smart attire, but no suit. Dress shirt or pullover and possibly a jacket or blazer. Worn with smart trousers.

Casual
Informal dress style in which you look well groomed. This does not include tracksuit bottoms/leisure wear and caps.
