Michael Stout Lead Consultant & ML Engineer, Xerensys.AI
Michael Stout builds AI systems — he doesn't just talk about them. With three decades in executive technology leadership, including senior IT and cybersecurity roles built during the dot-com boom, he focuses on practical implementation over theory.
He started hacking as a teenager in Northern California in the 1980s, developing the instinct to deconstruct systems, understand their core mechanics, and rebuild them for greater efficiency. Today, he works internationally with organizations to leverage AI for business growth, operational efficiency, and empowering employees. His approach prioritizes data-backed decisions over abstract frameworks.
Michael holds a master's degree in IT with a concentration in information security, graduate research in cyber warfare defense, and postgraduate certificates in AI and machine learning. He has lectured for intelligence, military, and law enforcement institutions, and spoken at conferences globally. He believes AI should be a force multiplier for human potential, available to all who seek to use it wisely.
