Luxury Management in practice

You analyse how luxury brands and high-end business services determine their pricing, how they create scarcity, and how they attract customers worldwide who do not just buy, but connect with a brand. From storytelling and positioning to distribution and customer experience: everything revolves around decisions that radiate value. You work on luxury concepts: from idea and positioning to development and implementation. You learn how to build a strong concept, translate it into a concrete strategy and realise it step by step. In doing so, you look at the entire value chain, from branding and distribution to customer experience and service. You develop a commercial roadmap for your concept and execute it as well. Innovation plays an important role: how do you stay relevant without losing your exclusive position? You learn how brand stories are developed and how that feeling can be reflected across every touchpoint with your target audience. In this way, you maintain a premium feel from first impression to long-term customer relationship.
