Festival Management in practice

You discover everything that is needed for a festival to succeed, and learn how commercial decisions directly influence visitors’ experience. You develop online campaigns that sell tickets, find ways to reach target audiences and explore how to grow a festival commercially. Everything is about connecting online and offline, from the first promotion to a fully sold-out festival day. You quickly see how decisions have a direct impact. A different target group, timing or pricing strategy can make the difference between half full and sold out. During projects, practical assignments and your internship, you experience how fast things need to move and how everything comes together in the run-up to an event.
