Wide range of tasks

What is she doing during her internship? “I am mainly involved in performing a service survey concerning the Out of Home platform, digitizing orders and web forms, following up customer contacts via email and / or telephone and implementing improvements. In addition, I support the sales field service and I am responsible for the distribution of the point of sales material within the out of home platform. This mainly concerns catering establishments.” So a wide range of tasks! And where is the focus? Lisanne explains: “At the moment we are mainly working on calculating and paying the bonuses for the customers of 2019. This is now very important because the catering establishments are closed and we want to support them and ensure that get paid as soon as possible. ”

"I miss the atmosphere at the office"

What is it like to work from home? Lisanne: “It's a pity that I cannot work at the office. The atmosphere is very nice there and very educational for me. It's great that there is so much guidance now that I work from home, but it's a little boring.” Hopefully the situation will be over soon!
